Refund Policy

Subscriptions
OGS subscription fees — Founding Employer at $89 per month, Founding Agency at $89 per month, and Founding Advertiser at $29 per month — are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, billing stops at the end of your current billing period and your account remains active until that date. You will not be charged again after cancellation. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.
Hiring Through OGS
OGS is a technology platform and does not place workers or guarantee employment outcomes. Hiring decisions are made solely between job seekers and employers. We do not offer refunds for hiring outcomes.
Event & Gig Blips
One-off gig and event listings ('blips') are a flat $8 and are non-refundable once posted, as the listing goes live on the RadarMap immediately. Blips automatically expire after 5 days.
Exceptions
We review refund requests on a case by case basis for billing errors or unauthorized charges. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with your account details and a description of the issue.
