Data Deletion Instructions

OffGrid Staffing, LLC respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from our Platform, including data collected through Facebook Login.
Option 1 — Delete Your Account Directly (Fastest)
Log in to your account at offgridstaffing.com. Go to Account Settings. Select Delete My Account. Confirm the deletion. Your account will be deactivated immediately and your personal data deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include your full name and the email address on your OGS account. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Option 3 — Facebook Login Data Removal
If you used Facebook Login and want us to delete your data, email [email protected] with the subject line Facebook Data Deletion Request and include the name and email on your Facebook account. You can also remove OGS access in Facebook Settings under Apps and Websites. Note that removing access stops future data sharing but does not delete data already collected — email us to delete previously collected data.
What We Delete
Upon a verified request we will delete your account profile including name, email, location, skills, and work history; your RadarMap marker and geographic data; messages and communications stored on the Platform; social login tokens; and saved listings and employer connections.
What We May Retain
We may retain transaction and payment records required for tax purposes, information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms, anonymized aggregated data that cannot identify you, and data required by applicable law. Retained data will not be used for marketing or Platform services.
Timeline
Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request. You will receive email confirmation when your data has been deleted.
